Your pension increase is just around the corner!
Pensions in payment are increased each April according to the Plan’s rules, so we wanted to let our pensioners know that this year’s increase will be coming your way soon.
You’ll receive a letter confirming the amount of the increase, which will then be reflected on your pension payslips. Remember, all your pension payslips and P60s are automatically loaded onto the Lilly Plan Portal, where you can view them any time.

The annual increases administered by the Trustee are set out in the Trust Deed, and your increase will depend on when you earned your benefits and your State Pension Age. Any increases outside of the rules set out in the Trust Deed are at the discretion of the employer.
