An overview of the portal

The Lilly Plan Portal gives you the tools you need to take control of your pension quickly, simply and securely.

You can check on your pension, update certain personal details, and find out more about the Plan.

On your dashboard you’ll see a series of tiles covering some common tasks and requests. You can find the same options and more via the drop-down menu at the top.

Let’s have a look around. If you haven’t yet taken your pension, you can update your death benefit nominations.

Select “View” on the “Expression of Wish” tile to see your current nominations.

If you don’t have any or want to change something, select “Edit” then “Add Nominated Beneficiaries”.

A window will pop up for you to add further beneficiaries.

Enter the new details, then select “OK.

When you’ve finished, Select “Save All Changes”.

If you’re no longer employed by the company, you can view and update your address details.

Select the corner of the “Personal Details” tile, then select “View more” to update your information.

Select “Edit”, and enter your new details, then select “Save”.

If you’re still employed by the company, your details will be updated through our HR system.

If you’re receiving your pension, you can update your bank details.

Select “View” on the “Bank Details” tile, and enter your new details, then select “Save”.

The portal also gives you the option to chat with one of our customer service agents.

Simply select the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen and enter your query to get started.

There’s lots more you can do on the portal.
