How to register to the Portal

The Lilly Plan Portal gives you the tools you need to take control of your pension quickly, simply and securely.

But before you can use it, you’ll need to register.

You can access the Lilly Plan Portal by following these steps:

If you are employed by Lilly, log on to MyReward.

Select ‘Retirement planning’ and choose the link to the Lilly Plan Portal.

If you’re no longer working for Lilly, select the ‘Plan Portal’ link on this website to go to the Delta+ login page. On the login page, select the “First-time user” button.

Complete your details and select ’Next’.

Choose a username and a password that you’ll be able to remember. The system will tell you if your password isn’t secure enough and what to do to increase the security.

You’ll need to include your email address.

We recommend using one that isn’t work-related, so that we can still keep in touch with you via email if your employment changes.

You can also add your mobile phone number – and remember to select ‘Yes’ if you would like to receive communications electronically via email.

Check all your details are correct and select ‘Next’.

You’re now registered on the Lilly Plan Portal. You’ll also get an email confirming your registration.

When you sign in for the first time, you’ll have to read and accept our legal disclaimer, and if you’re employed by Lilly, you’ll also have the chance to tell us which employee benefit topics most interest you.

As you enter the Lilly Plan Portal, we'll also ask for your communication preferences so we know how you’d like us to contact you in the future.

And that’s it – you’re in!
